KVS/NVS Interview: Reporting और Document Verification (DV)
इंटरव्यू का पहला और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण स्टेप होता है Document Verification (DV)।

- Reporting Time:
सुबह 8:00–8:30 बजे तक सेंटर पहुंचना जरूरी होता है। - Form Filling & Biometric:
- बायोडाटा फॉर्म भरना
- बायोमेट्रिक अटेंडेंस देना
- Verification Boards:
- लगभग 3 बोर्ड बनाए जाते हैं
- हर बोर्ड में 20-20 कैंडिडेट्स
- Document Checking:
- Original Documents
- Affidavit
- Self Attestation

- EWS / OBC Candidates के लिए:
- Central format certificate अनिवार्य है
- State certificate कई बार reject हो सकता है
👉 इसलिए पहले से Central format में certificate बनवा लें।
Interview Panel Structure और Silent Observers
एक KVS/NVS इंटरव्यू पैनल बहुत structured होता है।
👨🏫 Panel Structure:
- कुल सदस्य: 5 Members
- 4 Male
- 1 Female
👀 Silent Observers (Hidden Evaluation)
पैनल में 2 Silent Observers होते हैं जो:
- आपकी Body Language
- Confidence Level
- Communication Skills
- Pressure Handling Ability
को observe करते हैं।
👉 ये सवाल नहीं पूछते, लेकिन final selection में इनकी रिपोर्ट बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होती है।

1. Introduction (सबसे पहला सवाल)
